Student Pick Up/Drop Off

Today we want to highlight our morning drop-off and pick-up safety procedures.

Safety: In an effort to enforce morning drop-off and pick-up procedures,  we feel that the following clarification will help ensure our campus safety. ONLY CHILDREN should be entering campus every morning starting at 7:30 am. Kinder parents are recommended to follow their classroom procedures and exit campus exactly at 7:45 am, as soon as the bell rings. Students who walk or ride their bike to school need to enter through the side gate on Stanford Avenue. It is important that students do not enter or exit the school through the front office. Please make arrangements with your children for pick up meeting points, whether it be car pick up and drop off or outside the walking and bikers gate, located on Stanford Avenue. Please remember that all campus visitors need to check in to the office. This applies to parents visiting for special events or extra support as well.  Please connect with us at the front office to help you with Category 1 and Category 2 Volunteer forms. We appreciate your support in helping us with our children’s safety, as we consider this our first priority. Thank you for your patience as we move forward in providing the safest environment for our students and families. 

Please also note: Gate by room 15 at the end of All American blvd is strictly designated for TK and ASES drop off and pick up ONLY.
